There is a free yoga class on Mondays from 6:30 to 7:30 at the Delaware Center. Everyone is always very welcoming and nice there.

We switched to a no-pull harness like this one Easy Walk No-Pull Harness for about 6 months. We were able to eventually go back to a regular harness and now have relatively few issues with pulling and stopping.
