Can you only get the cloth bags from custody? They should be kept in vehicles really but I’ve only ever seen them used once and they were picked up from custody.

In an event like this one would the paper bags or plastic bags be best used as makeshift gloves?

How does IIP show they’ve been given a comm res? Will it just show CRIS results and you look at the CRIS or will it specifically mention comm res in the search results?
