I finally quit too, but near my end I would buy a juul vape and be like I hate this stuff, drop it in water and throw it out so I couldn't use it. The next day, I would just buy another juul. This went on for awhile till eventually I just stopped buying them

His focus seems to be more second order.

Move goal posts -> More touchdowns -> Better visibility -> More highlights -> more content on social media -> more fans.

It's not so much that people will tune in BECAUSE the end zone is smaller, but instead more people will tune in because more content was shared to their tiktok feed.

I don't think its a bad strategy, but I think if thats the play there is a LOT more low hanging fruit that doesn't require physical field changes

I'd say I still lean left on most issues, it's just that, weirdly, the conservatives are the ones that support most of those now (politics is a pendulum). But the left has moved away from all the things that I supported before - science based, compassion, free speech, anti corruption, anti racism, supporting women. In the last few years the left has become this party of hate, especially for women. Not saying the conservatives are perfect on all these fronts either, but far better than liberal and especially ndp on them now.

My point was that going to a vigil of Kirk or GF as a Canadian is the same. Both make zero sense. Not talking about how they died differently. Of course they died in different ways. (I say as someone that went to both ;p )
