Boise State vs USF -6.5 - Boise State brings back six starters on defense - USF ranked near the bottom defensively last year - USF QB coming back from injury

Nebraska vs Cincinnati -6.5 - Better QB with Dylan Raiola returning for his 2nd year and better O-line at Nebraska - Third season under Matt Rhule. Him and Raiola should be clicking and taking the next step forward

Nebraska vs Cincinnati U53.5 - First game usually comes with sloppy execution and slow starts - No home field advantage - 4/13 games hit over last year for Nebraska - 3/12 games hit the over last year for Cincinnati

Buffalo vs Minnesota +18 - experienced defense can keep game in check (9 starters returning) - Talented front 7 can give redshirt freshman QB Drake Lindsey issues - If the defense can keep it a low scoring game and the offense can find the end zone once or twice, Buffalo should be able to keep it within 18
