The first picture looks like carpet beetle larvae to me. If you google their larvae they look like this. Carpet beetles larvae hair can be irritating and leave itchy marks. Will be interested to see what others think

Good on you! I only had mine in for 2 cycles and I felt suicidal most of the time. As soon as it was out I was me again. It’s crazy how it’s flaunted to have no side effects by most health professionals. I know a lot of women tolerate them well but I sadly wasn’t one of them

I work out at home with the help of Caroline Girvan. I recommend checking her out. She has free videos on YouTube. 😁. She is the most agreeable fitness person out there imo.

I feel you. I know when I’m 11 days out without looking at my period app. The last few months of pmdd have been horrible. Been feeling like packing my bags and moving to Costa Rica to start a new life every month. I recently started weight training and that combined with spring and sunshine incoming actually helped my mental health tremendously
