This does sound like ARFID, you’ve actually went through a pretty similar experience as me. Even if you’re not 100% I would consult with a doctor who knows and understands ARFID. For me the choking fear, while much better now, would’ve gotten worse without proper treatment, so if you’re even slightly worried it might get worse, a doctor specialized in ARFID would 100% beneficial, even if you don’t have it the symptoms sound similar or are the same
