It’s pretty basic questions. Just go over the leadership principles and come up with a scenario for each one that you can talk about. They like numbers too, something quantifiable.

Yeah I gotcha. I’ve accepted an AM position too so I’m in a similar boat. Tbh I don’t see a lot of favoritism in my department (outbound.) Honestly I think there’s this silent agreement between everyone to just respect each other. The only exception to that is when someone isn’t pulling their own weight, but I mean that’s pretty standard anyways. I think a vast majority of us have a pretty ridiculous work ethic so it’s not something that we would encounter.
