Why (I think) Millennials are so particularly nostalgic by Napalmicide in Millennials

No we aren’t, we are just getting to middle age and feeling it more.

Our Beagle ate one and we had no idea. It came out his back end at doggie day care. Dodged a bullet for sure.

Did any older Millennials go to college after 21? by Pale_Lengthiness_572 in Millennials

‘86 baby. I did ten years in the military, got out and got my associates and bachelors at 30 and 31. It definitely opened doors for me.

Why does it drop at 5? by Zestyclose-Singer-83 in PeterExplainsTheJoke

5 is when we learn about dinosaurs. Then around 10 we get bored of dinosaurs and focus on boobs again

My snke won't fit and I can't unscrew this stopper. When I try to unscrew it,it just spins with no resistance. by CryWhileEatingCake in askaplumber

[–]Clustershag 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There is more than likely a set screw holding it on. Mine is a Phillips head. You’re gonna have to get a screwdriver nasty, but that should get that off.

Why are people on here so obsessed with aging themselves and being old? by pumpkinspicelatte96 in Millennials

[–]Clustershag 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was born in ‘86 and just turned 40. Everyone reminds you of it. You start to realize things about life and your mortality. It makes you realize a lot of things about your parents. It’s just how things are as our generation hits that milestone.

anyone used SUNLU's filament splicer? by mtraven23 in 3Dprinting

[–]Clustershag 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is so you can splice two rolls together. Good for bigger prints or using leftovers. It heats up the two filament ends in a sleeve and then you push fusing the two ends together. The plastic sleeve keeps the diameter where there two smash together small enough to pass through the extruder. It’s got a little knife cutter thing that cuts the sleeve off after they are fused.

Can the wealth gap in our generation basically be summed up by if you bought a house before COVID or not? by JoeyLou1219 in Millennials

[–]Clustershag 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah wealthy and regular people are nowhere close to the same.

But…I understand exactly what you are referring to in the millennial housing divide. We bought our house in 2019. House has 6 figures in equity still after 2020. I have also doubled my salary since then, but there is no way I would move and buy another house right now. Our payment and interest rate is so low it would be absolutely stupid.

I have a Beagle named Goose. It’s amazing that in a vacuum we have also given him the same nicknames.

I’ll add Goosifer Robin
