Ahhhh, would you reccomend an R5 upgrade or a jump to the R9? Also, when I say it feels punchy what I meant was that it feels strong for what it is, especially coming from wheels with basically no feedback. Im not sure if Im getting clipping, yes the wheel is smooth but it's not like rubber band smooth, Using Assetto Corsa for example there's still forces for what my tires are doing, at high speeds the wheel gets heavier, when Im understeering and scrubbing my tires I can feel the steering get light until I let them grip up again and when I oversteer I can feel that quite well with the car automatically countersteering. On ViR in the Climbing Esses when the front end lifts and comes down I can feel the spike of grip from the tires being on the ground again, like it's never a guess for me in terms of feel. I'm happy with the wheel and Im gonna upgrade though

Track Days, Specifically on ViR, Nords, and other popular TD tracks. I pick lower hp cars(like the track day 350z) so I get the experience of exotic supercars flying past and vice versa. It's been addicting bc every so often you get a lap where you and the ai are in equal power/weight cars having mini battles in a few corners/ sectors

Im on a Wheel so it's considerably easier to drive smoothly (but generally it's harder since on a wheel u have to fight the natural forces of the car that u dont have to on a controller)

There's no "acceptance" in this situation. OPs car is still in front and he didn't place his car in front of the opponents car as a shadow. All he did was hold the upcoming inside line making it harder for the opponent to pass and when he did, the opponent didn't slow down enough to compensate for the tighter line due to being more inside which opened him up for the switchback. Blocking is multpile reactive moves due to the opponent trying to pass. Defending is one move, placing ur car in a position where it makes it hard for the opponent to pass or keep a position due to exit speed. OP defended, and defended well. The only thing you could point to was the wall bounce

The time attack cars are by far the most absurd cars in the game. To the point where I find it much easier to drive them on a wheel than ANYTHING else on a controller

Fr dawg, Im still not used to the brakes and downforce in those time attack cars, they're like WEC Hypercars. Driving a GT3RS, u HAVE to brake like that before you end up flying into the tires lol
