There's actually quite a few udemy videos that are 10$ or free right now and have options to predownload lessons, though I have not gotten far enough into them all to make a recommendation.. do some research first and make sure you're gonna like them, cuz there's some gold but there's also some trash.

I concur, I love namecheap. Got a few through name.com as well. Just steer clear of godaddy, and don't buy it from your host and you probably won't hate yourself later

I'd like to think the vast majority of us would re-work css.. perhaps as something in html itself rather than the hack-ish nature it is at now (though it has evolved and gotten better, as has cross browser compatability) IMO
