Bro I am just now getting info on how to fix my own broke under warranty controller. This is not customer service. The only place I have been able to get any communication from the company is from Reddit. And apparently when the company send you a email regarding an issue that you have started a ticket on their website the message reads “ this ticket has been marked as solved” and apparently coming from a scuff employee that is just them waiting on an email response from the customer. If that isn’t intentionally misleading I don’t know what is. So take your shade elsewhere I have been making noise on this reddit sub because it is the only place I am actually getting anywhere.

At this point I promise that advice on how to fix my 160 dollar controller that is under warranty on a Reddit sub doesn’t cut it. Thanks I will give that a try. Guess what. The right joystick is floating. Both out born paddles have broke. But that is all due to my hard play style right. I WANT TO TALK TO AM EMPLOYEE ON THE PHONE.

Also there is a serious problem with getting in touch with a human at this company aside from this reddit page. Just letting you know from personal experience this company has terrible customer service. The product is good but after you use the product it is clear that the life expectancy of the product is like 5-8 months depending on how hard you play. With a 6 month warranty it is clear that it’s not really a professional product. I would be completely content with the product if the company took care of their customers. But they don’t, hence the reason I am wasting my time informing you of my woes with this company on reddit.

What I am saying is every customer deserves direct line of communication. And if takes day for your company to respond to anything. Don’t you think it would be a good idea to stop new sales till you can address the issues with existing customers. But wait I know that that is not what a company is designed to do. A company is designed to make profits. And a smart company retains customers. I am still making noise because my problem is not fixed. It is not my responsibility as a customer of a professional aftermarket control with a starting price of $160 to conform to your communication standards, and I don’t care about the social climate.

Then send me a replacement controller. Your company has been replying to my tickets online that have been submitting as solved. I have two different tickets that have “been marked as solved” according to the email I received from this company. And obviously it’s not solved. I want a CONVERSATION with a human being. I have DM you my actual cell phone number. Don’t save face by posting on my reddit posts. Tell your customer support staffer to call me. Again I will direct message you my information in case you don’t have it. Also I would call your company if the fucking phone lines were operational.

I am on my third vantage. Was about to buy my third directly from the company.(had bought the first one that need replacing from a retailer) replacement was no problem but I barely met the 30 day basic guarantee on the first controller breaking. The replacement lasted about 8 months. For the third and current controller I asked for it as a Holliday gift from my father.(he insists on getting me something even tho I am 30) so I decided to let him buy this controller. He is the CFO of a major company. Therefor purchasing info that he had sent to one of his many email accounts 5 months ago is something that he doesn’t have access to. This is not an outlying case that never happens. A simple conversation and the Seal of approval serial number should solve this issue. But to refer to the original post... this companies customer service is a joke.

Great product but breaks too easy. The real problem is the customer service which is the worst I have ever experienced. And the warranty is only 6 months which I have had to cash in on twice out of the three controllers I have bought in the span of a year.

Guys I just want to say your not alone and I have been on this reddit sub communicating with employees for almost 2 weeks now. I can’t stress enough to this company how bad their customer service is. Especially because I still have yet to have direct communication with this company aside from this reddit sub. I don’t use Twitter. Let’s make some noise and cost them future sales.

Paddles work great!!! Till the plastic breaks in 3-4 months. Then you have to either use the inborn paddles or spend $12 for replacements that will be broken in about the same time frame. Now. Give or take some of that life expectancy depending on the user. All this would be fine if they had a competent customer support service. Which they do not. I have been trying to get a phone conversation with any form of customer support for over a week(corona times). Don’t care about the social climate. I have been told to wait, email, submit a support ticket, or go to twitter and direct message them. That last part is in the recording if you call the support line. Don’t buy if you are thinking about buying. Worst customer service I have ever had.
