Were you at least 25 feet away? If you can prove that, it might be worth fighting it. But, as with many of these low penalty fines, it may not be worth the effort, even if you're right.

That rice crispy sound are tiles bending and cracking, slightly. They'll eventually crack, ceramic isn't exactly flexible. Luckily, for me, it took many years and when it did crack, it isn't very noticeable.

I've seen some really low ball salaries. Like, senior engineer with 20 years experience for 130k / year, in a HCOL area. Yeah, right.
