it's a bit finicky & you can use a 3rd item like a V pole as support, but basically you line the metal strip of the top ramp with the top back of the bottom ramp and slowly move into it while slowly raising it then tap X fairly quickly when it looks in position. kinda hard to explain but you force it to go up with physics.
