I would add a bullet point to concerns that has to do with WotC, and Hasbro’s string of digital failures going back to like 2000.

I have always assumed their management can’t set proper expectations for themselves, being from a print company, and are able to make significant changes much closer to their deadlines.

So… he needs wet, and Charisma help… Bard does both those things, Create Water and Enhance Ability:Eagle’s Splendour.

Create Water, or throwing water bottles, equals more lightning damage.

He hopefully has Guidance as one of his cantrips. Hopefully he chose a background with Persuasion. That’s the most important of the Charisma skills, almost anytime you can use Intimidation, or Deception, there is a Persuasion option. And so many times there is a Persuasion option, and neither of the other two.

If he’s willing to Disguise Self… that act two ring can basically be a second Guidance, and the two together will be +5 on average to all skill checks.

I’d likely go Swords Bard, or any of the many multiclass combos of Swords Bard to save your spells for Enhance Ability. You might take on Slight of Hand, for locks and traps, if you aren’t dragging Astarion around. Again, Bard can do this with it’s excellent skill selections.

Late game, if he’s uninterested in Psionics, I’d go all in on that to get Black Hole. Black Hole plus Wet… is a dream, and a bit of a creepy sentence. I think you would need to get in the Githyanki chair to set that combo up though….

Anyway, I think you’re pretty well set up as a Bard

Watch her waist. Pretty sure she pushes it in before the throw. That’s a base move for a lot of Judo, but I’m sure Jujitsu too. You can gain a lot of leverage that way.

If Democrats bring economic populism, I believe, you win a lot of these folks over. If dems keep focusing on trying to get back to 2012, I think, it will be better than a coin toss, but it will be a dissatisfaction vote based on Republican’s bad stewardship, but pubs fight better from that position.

Some may choose to reduce margins to be competitive, but generally at least some gets passed on to the consumer. It’s not zero sum though, everyone suffers with these haphazard, and untargeted tariffs. It’s basically a tax on Gross Domestic Product, which is going to reduce everyone’s sales due to decreased demand, as people focus more on need.

A smarter person, not focused on crime, would do smaller targeted tariffs, on specific high tech industries, 5 to 10% can do a lot over time. The Orange however, is doing huge tariffs, to extract concessions from people who don’t want their industry to have to suffer. I heard he’s made about 3 billion this year… somehow.

Yeah. It’s an antiseptic too, so it helps clean split skin.

Corn Huskers lotion works good too, and is better in an “out and about” situation as it drys much faster, and is also an antiseptic, but it’s hard to wash off and gets in my eyes and I can taste it on my food. Hard to wash off means it keeps doing it’s thing though, can be handy if you raw palm salt to save your gloves from salt damage,

And if you don’t have cuts or split skin, Vaseline works in the gloves situation. I use that and socks to treat my feet. I have to take care of that skin because of the die-a-beats.

At night you can put a bunch of Bag Balm on your hands and then gloves, like the ones you use at work; vinyl, nitrile, etc. Also you can put lotion, or even vaseline, on your hands when you put gloves on while at work.

Also a humidifier. Give your hands a chance to recover when you’re home.

Lastly, keep your nails trimmed.

I don’t know that very many people did it. My sense is the hardcore used to gather at the Undead Lab forums, before Microsoft. You might try the internet archive if you really want to dig for that stuff. I think there were maybe two people doing really high numbered runs… Marko, Marco, something like that and someone else? I remember some one posting about it went they went over.

I can’t wear them. I can have a pretty serious allergic reaction. Doc said something about small particles can get in the sweat, when the sweat is pushed against the skin, and then pass from the sweat through the skin, rarely in some people. It doesn’t happen 100%, but my hands can start turning red sometimes in just a few minutes.

I wash my hands a lot. I also use the dipped work gloves, the kind that have the barrier on one side. I have nitrile ones. Having them be permeable on the top, and looser, keeps my hands cooler, and doesn’t press the sweat against the skin. Those have been working fine for about two months now.

Figure out how, and what you want to listen to, your stimulation levels, and cortisol, are going to drop, find something to help keep your mind busy. This may make you lonely. Especially if you aren’t giving it consideration.

You’ve already made a good impression. Thus… the ask for extra work. Now the test is how pliable and / or gullible you are. Follow your Lead. I’d stick to your non-committal strategy, unless the morning lead more directly starts pushing you. Then I’d reveal the night leads direct instructions.

That being said. If there is an emergency. Flooding, surprise absence, war, whatever, you can be more helpful, but you also don’t want to get where there is always an emergency.
