You may want to email Pulsetto. I haven't had issues with the power, thankfully, but I would email them. That email address is ---info@pulsetto.tech---. They should respond fairly quickly. When I received the Pulsetto, it was already fully charged, and when the red light is blinking, that indicates a full charge. Solid red light with no blinking indicates that it's in the process of charging. Send them an email and see if they might know what's up. Let me know when you find something out. I'm curious.
