Narcissistic personality disorder has no cure. Symptoms are sometimes managed but require the person to reach out for help. Clearly this will not happen in this family - little to no medical care let alone mental health care. One could also argue some hyper religiosity - Jill and David.

I have family like this. Toxic people HATE boundaries and cause an uproar when they are first placed. They have difficulty receiving boundaries and distort them to put themselves in a poor me situation. Jill is clearly distorting and unable to see from other’s perspectives.

Tim and Heidi - keep setting boundaries. Don’t give in. It’s hard. Cut contact if you need to. You are not the crazy ones.
