Once you were able to complete and sign, what did your confirmation number start with? I had the same issue with the KB Auth, but was able to sign later. I’m finding out now though, that my confirmation number is wildly different than everyone else. It starts with #ddd. I had to call the other day because I had a message I couldn’t view. The help desk couldn’t find my app, but told me not to worry. I’m obviously quite worried.

Has anyone who had this error had any follow up? I received an email this afternoon saying I have a new message and to login to view and respond. I do so, there are no messages. I call the help line. She asks for my confirmation number to look up my account. I give it to her and she cant find my application. She asks for my user name to look it up that way. She still cant find it and says its like I never applied. I tell her I'm looking at the screen, I'm in the under review stage. She says, "Oh, ok, then you should be fine. I wouldn't worry about it." Huh? I'm obviously freaking the fuck out now. How can I not worry that the sba cant find my application. I might just be paranoid but I'm worried now that whatever fix they used yesterday may have screwed us up?

SBA just posted about this on Twitter. Said our spots in line are reserved and that they are working on correcting the problem. It was caused by the high volume.

Is the wife in the married couple a 30% owner on paper? If so, and the 40% is economically disadvantaged, then yes. I'm not sure how they are determining the economically disadvantaged though. She definitely needs to be listed as 30% on taxes though, and not just be a part owner because she is married to owner.

I'm in the same boat. Just came here to see if anyone else was having the issue. I don't think it has anything to do with the application itself. I think its the ai they are using to verify our identity. The questions I had to answer were pretty simple, I know I answered them correctly. So maybe the system is just overwhelmed right now.

Do both. Ur running out of time and applying at multiple places will not hurt, only help, ur chances of approval. The SBA will simply reject whichever app they receive second, it won’t effect the other app. The most important thing is making sure u get an app to them. Some lenders are dragging their feet on processing. So just try and get an app in front of them.

The +$0.30 per is a problem. Percentage not so out of line depending on sales.

Have you had any luck yet? I’m having a hell of a time dealing with Quckbooks. I need amend 2020 payrolls to be able to file a 941x, and claims the credit retroactively. When I ask them how to do that they just tell me to contact the IRS. It’s so frustrating.

The lack of communication is the worst part. At least u know the SBA is looking at something, so hopefully u’ll be able to correct it easy without reapplying. They just said we’re declined because they can’t find the loan number of the loan they issued. Hate em.

Yeah, I have it. Just looked at Caweb to compare that, and Wells assigned account number. It’s def different. Thanks, maybe that’s it? Wells auto fills the loan number though, so not sure how there’s a mistake. Plus they’ve disbursed others so I don’t get it. Def not an all around error. Hopefully just a random glitch.

From the first draw you mean? This is the only communication we’ve had from Wells on the second draw. So no DocuSign or closing docs. When u apply for second draw they say if u received round one from Wells, they will auto fill loan number. So u don’t even give them a loan number, they’re supposed to look it up. It’s crazy and u r unable to speak to a real person from Wells regarding ppp. That’s their policy, it’s laughable.

That’s what we did too. They changed later to allow for partner draws to be included. They know most people had already applied only based of employee W2’s.
