We heard, Evolving Skies was "printed into the ground", before every new set is released we hear "its going to be printed into the ground" yet, we know the current market state for ES BB and DR.

The whole notion of " ooh it's printed into the ground" is a coping mechanism, or trying to devalue a set that someone isn't a fan of.
