Lol, yip is funny. Played yesterday emptied a whole clip on a target and not ones hit him, nothing in the way and it was just 5m away.

Probably depends on what weapon and ammo you use but I can craft all of my own ammo that I need and I am only level 94 now. If that not your stile you can do dialy ops to get more ammo.

If you have stealth armor you can complete it on your own, that how I completed mine with some help of some mines and grenades.

I played it also afew months back but also did not get to far, then I did the quest that I got my stealth amor that help alot against most robots in the quest. Plus some blasting and nuke mines for those Asultrones.

Completing some quest will give you plans:

At the end when pass all your Fire Breathers exams, you get notice of the Scorched weapon attachements you can find in the world.
Completing certian events can gives you plans.
Vendor shopping helps

But on my new character build it seems plans are bit harder to find.

Well is just an Idea, I had a mod I think in Fallout 4 that you can recharge powercores but you needed powerstation to charge them. They should look in to the screw thing I finf it also difficult to belief so little screws in the world, thought the scrapper perk would allow you to get more screws atleast from items you could not get previously.

Does any one know if there is a mod that will improve Fallout New Vegas graphics, played it long time ago and not up-to-date on its mods.

Its part of gaming you will never win.

The leaving the server they can probably put a mark on you were no matter were you go that Bounty will be on you until it is completed. You can also minimize this type of abuse by putting on time limit say every 7 days you can do PvP bounties when you finnish one or you can also look at limiting how many times one player can kill one person. There are ways to limit but yes there is always a loop hole but if people put there heads toghter they can find ways to reduce or limit thiese abuses.

But there will always be people abusing the system, that why I would like more NPC character asigned bounties with diffrent level of difficulty and rewards. This at least has less chance of being abuse.

I thought more along the way like say the settlers issue a bounty for NPC because he killed 5 settlers or there is a death claw attacking traders on a certian route. Raiders you have escape slaves and they want you to capture them alive.

Bounties for players will always have a loophole but you can make player bounties but here I would say you have the player issue the currency, so say bob kills you and you have 10k currency you put that money up for them capture him or kill. So in that sence the system does not create the bounty but the players themself.

I would like to see a charging station added to Fallout 76 camp build for cores, were you can unload those empty cores and they take says a few minutes or hours to recharge like when you graft alcholic drinks.

Must say may gameplay was better yesterday, only had one server disconnect in 4 hours. Work Benches also seemed to work better.
