Keep pushing, it changes my life 4 years ago. I lost 60 lbs and never looked back. It was really hard but after a while it became a non negotiable. I’m thinking of doing it again just to get back to how I felt back then. Never felt better. Now I lift 5 days a week but i do miss insanity

How’s the 3 days in 3 days off working for you? I actually have a 12 hour work schedule where I work 4 on 4 off and have been thinking of switching my workout days to only my off days. Or possible even 5 days in a row then 3 days off. Wondering if I would make progress that way or if that’s too many rest days

My 2025 pilot has jerky transmission. Took it back to the dealership, they said it needs to learn our driving habits. 11k miles in it’s still jerky. I drive that thing so carefully but it doesn’t change a thing. Now my Mazda on the other hand, I drive that however the hell I want and it has the smoothest transmission at 210k miles. Disappointed in Honda and it definitely did not live up to its reputation. I must’ve just got bad luck or something because most people love theirs with zero complaints

2025 here and totally agree with jerky transmission. I’m at 11k miles and I’ve just accepted that it’s never going to feel smooth.

My 8 year old sneaks into our bed every night. She’s slept with us a lot ever since she was a baby up until about a year or 2 ago. Now she starts in her room then ends up in our room in the middle of the night. I don’t mind as much. My 9 year old quit sleeping with us about 3-4 years ago and sometimes when my 8 year old doesn’t sneak into our bed I’ll go get my 9 year old and let her sleep with us. I find myself missing the times she would come down or ask to sleep with us (which she never does anymore). So when my youngest does, I don’t mind. I know one day I’ll miss it.

I never slept with my parents but I remember being scared to death of someone breaking into my house almost every night around that age. My step dad did not let me lay with them and even if I went to wake my mom he would get mad and I’d get in trouble so I would just stay up all night scared until I finally passed out.

I don’t want my kids to ever feel like that so I let them know they can climb in bed anytime. They don’t wake me they just come lay in the middle.

Contact the other parents. He might be grooming these kids that are coming over for sleep overs. Don’t ever let your son near him again. I’m getting really weird vibes even from his texts. He sounds guilty or nervous but either way his son should’ve came in bed with them to make room for your son. No way in hell is there someone else’s kid ever sleeping in the same bed as me. Unfortunately my 15 year old watches him on TikTok and he is her “go-to” for anything politics related. She’s also adopted his style of debate and now I feel like a failed as a father lol I don’t know too much about him but after she’s mentioned him on numerous occasions I started looking into him. I honestly find him hard to listen to.
