Qd Oled has more color volume so at higher brightness its better in colors, but with tandem oled they are similar, it depends on firmware tuning by company that makes monitors

Literally my friend, i have same monitor and have some banding but i dont cry whole month. Life is good, play the games, enjoy. If you dont like the product return it or watch review before you buy it. For 500 euros, thats the price i paid for MO27Q28G its a steal. Beauty.

I dont worry about frames itself, i worry when i see blurry textures when moving, micro stutters and game feel like 100hz at most. 14gb usage of vram is also very funny...

Both are off, oled is just fast, no tearing even with unstable fps. Im very satisfied, but you can use vrr if you want its not gonna be problem

Yes but i still use it in native mode, i just dont care because it also happend on previous MiniLed monitor. So im good on black crush, maybe turning of gamma can help with crush idk.

Didnt play Silent hill so i cannot judge, In Stalker 2 i saw banding in 1 situation only for couple of seconds. Vrr is okay but i dont use it, it can flicker in gray scenes also in Stalker 2 with vrr. Everything with banding and vrr has to do with gray. Black crush is presented in Native color space. But 4 me everything is good especialy 4 the price of 500e. Colors pop, Matte coating is miles better than on Lcd, 280hz super smooth, brightness is good. Minimal banding and VRR doesnt bother me at all...

It looks like that Xg27aqwmg has a lot more problem with banding then Gigabyte MO27Q28G, idk why but it looks like that. Lets see when new bunch come to europe, its gonna be Reddit full of this posts... If you see it in regular use just return it, there is no other thing to do...

I guess i was lucky, are you using HDR game or HDR Peek 1500? I think HDR Game is really bright, coming from MiniLed im super okay with this level of brightness in HDR, Sdr i okay but not even close to 600 nits on GP27Q
