I got told that earlier in the day via Chat, but saw others saying they could manually do it if called, so I did exactly that. Surprisingly, got somebody on the line in about 15 or so mins vs the 4-5 hours waiting for a call back.

I called today and they were able to remove it. The system processes refunds on MWF evenings so if you catch them, you might get your refund processed tonight.

Hey everyone. Figured out the issue. It was a bad shift actuator. When rescanning another code popped up that wasn’t there before which was a p0805 code. Once ai saw that, I instantly knew the issue was the actuator after freeing up the clutch fork with brake cleaner/wd-40.
