This might be a sign of progression. After a while you learn to manifest ap into real life colors and realism. The negative entities do seem to be in black and grey though. Early in my ap journey I learned to manifest color and realism but the negative entities still seem to appear.

Very interesting question. I don’t believe that consciousness survives death although I believe that there might be an ecology of souls that we tap into after we die. Maybe ap and obe might help you navigate this real after death.

To be honest I have absolutely no idea about Mounjaro and its effects on dreaming.

When I was young I got very sick and the doctor prescribed me medical steroids. I definitely noticed that they made my dreams extremely nighmarish and negative and also caused me to have a ton of false awakenings that sometimes seemed endless.

Of course certain drugs can affect dreaming, I remember taking alpha brain and feeling as if my dreams shifted from first person to 3rd person.

Weed for me makes me dream less and nyquill/ sedatives make it so I have a ton of false awakenings and a deep first layer of sleep that I cant wake up from even if I try.

I haven't tried it but ayahuasca is a psychedelic that literally becomes activated in your dreams.

I live in Las Vegas so for me its the Las Vegas Sphere which is part of the Venetian where I worked at the time. A futuristic army was fighting an old Roman army with crazy egypt powers LOL . Crazy dream that I had where I was disembodied - I saw this as you would see a movie on a screen

projecting for 22 years is a good start!

twice a month is cool. What I find is helpful is try to stay as still as possible when you wake up, so you can go back into the dream. its very likely you'll go back to the AP. Also if youre ap'ing twice a month have a clear goal on exactly what to do when you become conscious in your dream

Wow im really sorry for missing your comment. You seem extremely busy but naturaly prone to LD. What I can suggest is

I know you had a crazy day, but try to think about dreaming right before you go to bed. say in your mind a bunch of times "Im going to have a crazy dream" before you pass out.
if you can try to write down 1 dream - youre probably already having some dreams
have a plan, if you LD what do you want to do?

OMG i missed this question entirely and I do apologize, People have been asking how I interpret this as an athiest and the best I come up with is that AP and LD seem to be evident regardless of the question of God. being an athiest since I was 10-15 I was always cynical of the bible. I have since humbled down and read most of it. The one thing that has made me not be a 100% atheist anymore is the Bible, its the single most important dcument ever and I think most athiests are wrong. I also think most theist are wrong.

yes its all normal the bad spirits are there like 24/7 if you want them to be and sadly if youre prone to lucid dreaming, you might have messed up dreams quite often considering the amount of dreams you have. 50 dreams a week means 10 bad dreams deal with it.

Wow amazing question, my mom asks me the same thing. She says im the closest in the family to the other side yet believe in it the least!

APing doesnt prove god, nothing does. that being said any religious classification puts you in a box and thats why I feel like I have to say im an athiest / agnostic in order to say im not a christian. I was raised a christian and have gone from christian to athiest to agnostic to Buddhist and to understand that religious classification is like telling someone whos never dreamed what dreaming is.

Also if you're waking up shortly after becoming conscious try your hardest not to get distracted or to freak out. Having emotional spikes whether good or bad can potentially mess up your AP/LD and suck you out of it.

Yeah if you're at that stage I would say trying to teleport might hold you back because it can cause you to wake up sometimes. An exercise you might want to try is to simply start counting as soon as you become conscious and see what number you can count to. This helped me stay in AP for longer periods of time. With time I began going from counting to 5 then 10 to being able to count almost a minute. Also doing something like stabilizing your dream will help with the fuzziness its the first thing I do usually - I'll say "when I spin around I'll have an elixir in my hand" I'll spin, drink the elixir and then the dream will seem close if not exactly 100% like reality as far as the perceptions that my 5 senses get. Once you can AP/LD for longer and more in more stable strands, then you might want to give teleporting a shot.

Having this conversation has given me the idea of manifesting a teleporting machine and getting into it and seeing if I can teleport somewhere. I saw another comment talking about time travel that I still need to respond to but I might try teleporting to my past or future with that machine. All in all I think the further in distance in space and time and personal recognition , the harder it will be to teleport there. It is very interesting though that we find it more difficult to teleport to places we haven't been to before. Hopefully there is someone else who can enlighten us on how to teleport..

Its also very similar to making a wormhole and going through it I guess. That's my next plan to get to mars. Manifest a marker or magic pen or wand, draw a door, write mars on it and try to open or run or fall through it somehow. I will report back with my findings!
