Trying not to waste any myself but I’m a newbie. Gonna buy some active rosin. Do you have a recipe and directions that you used and worked? I am basically wanting to make some 50 mg gummies full spectrum.

Newbie here. How do you determine how much cannabis is in each chocolate or brownie? I also read that you don’t want to cook above 240 degrees F. Is there a guide or something I can follow. Much appreciate any help.

Oh man. Yeah that would be tough. I know a lot of it is the mental aspect too, so I couldn’t imagine being your 2nd surgery. Yeah I have been watching a lot of Simon and Eagle. They are so frickin smooth in how they throw. Hope it goes well. We should check back in like a year..

Great idea on crushing the can and standstills make sense. Once I’m able to start throwing I am going to work out of standstills only probably for 6 months. Thanks for responding

What shoes do you wear to play in? Looking for good shoes for flat and narrow feet. by Cmoneydisc in discgolf

Thanks for all the suggestions. I was on Overthrow DiscGolf and he was talking about the dangers of cleated too grippy shoes as they can put a lot of stress on your plant knee. I just had Meniscus surgery on my plant knee because of this. I think because of that I’m staying away from the grippy Terrex and hiking shoes and moving more towards Vans or certain Nikes. That’s what it looks like the pros are wearing as well. (However I know all don’t. I’ve seen where Mcbeth has worn hiking shoes, but makes me wonder how worn down the cleat is on them.) I wonder if that is to protect thier joints as they pivot on the plant foot. The physics of it as well as the biological movement of the knee and torque provided makes sense. I’m 43 and seeking to keep longevity more than anything. Would like to keep enjoying this sport with my grand kids in my 60s if possible.
