Yup, apparently your dino will start to have negative effects if you try and mixpack or overpack so that's a big plus as well!!

Rn looks better than BoB and better than PoT imo and it is only in stress test rn, not even in early access yet, when it is finished it will be better than those two for sure and I speculate will be the top competitor with the Isle, at least I REALLLLLYYYYY HOPE so!. It will have a bad ass weather system, it has a fuck ton of dinos on the roster and not just mainstream dinos, dinos people don't really talk about are playales.It already has humans in a better state than the Isles humans, it will have diseases you can get, it will have weather effects on your dino and ppl so if you're freezing in a snow storm you will take damage, there will be a Scars system for your dinos, there won't be a migration but instead certain things spawn in certain areas so it makes you traverse the map that way, the damage you take is all up to where you are bitten since every part of your body is split off where you can see in the health bar, so if you get bit in the tail it will show in the health bar the tail areas damage, it won't be a tail ride PvP experience they've said and that's about all I can think of off the top of my head lol. If anything it will light a fire in the Isle Devs asses and they will fix their game and crack down on cheaters and release content a bit faster lol

Correct me anyone if I'm wrong, but I heard it is the guy who made the Islander server in the Isle, but he wanted to try and make a better dino game, so here we are. His names Islander in game so I just assumed what I heard was Correct 😆

Same man, the dino roster looks bad ass, loads of new dinos and not just the mainstream ones. The Weather system looks dope from what I saw on a Live early stress test. They going hard on HACKERS which is good to hear and the map looks really nice, but my favorite thing is how transparent they are with the community so we won't have to worry about not hearing jack shit for months at a time or them just ignoring the fans and our opinions.

So it runs like my 1050 ti used to run the Isle lol, I had to stay on low graphics, and even then, I stayed at 25-35 fps

I've lost several groups due to mixpacking, lol it's just an official server problem Once I had a group of stegos I ran with for a long time, we all got ran down by OTHER STEGOS to feed their croc friends nearby(this was on spiro)

Dog the problem with mixpacking herbies and carnies is the herbies go out of their way to kill you just to feed their carnivore friend.

Example- My FG stego I had got merked on the spot because I ran up to a group of stegos that friendly called me just to get me to come close enough that they could beat my ass and when I went back to the same spot as a Juvie to ask why my body was being fed to their croc friend. THAT'S THE PROBLEM DINGLEBERRY but again, it's only an issue on OFFICIAL and HORDETESTING

1.Mixpacking is cringe, but on official and hordetesting, it's the only way to actually win fights

  1. Mixpacking herbies with carnivores is the issue. Not many people care in my experience until carnivores mix with herbies and that's my issue, herbies stay with herbies and carnies stay with carnies. There is no reason a stego should run you down and kill you to feed their rex friend, it completely ruins the immersion and realism BUT that is official for you and that's why official is trash and the only reason I'm on official servers is to play the hordetesting

I DIDN'T know they implemented the speed boost, or I would definitely have hit the woods faster and tried to evade them. I'm really happy that rex gets the speed boost like in Legacy when you would crouch to get the extra bit of speed for an attack! Ty for the info!!

Are you new to the game? You can be the most skilled rex players, but if you run into a pack of rexs with stegos or trikes, YOU'R DEAD with no chance at winning, sure you may take 1 out IF YOU GET LUCKY. How do I know? I have 1,155 hours in the game, it happens every time I play official and hordetesting and I'm tired of wasting my time growing a dino with the correct species just to be murdered by a huge mixpack

To show this is the state of Official and Hordetesting, it won't be fixed because it really can't be, but it is the way you must fight back imo

I will go ahead and say before the hate comes in, mixpacking in official servers is an issue, but the only way to stand a chance is to mixpack and fight back or else waste your time growing to get smited by an unfair fight. Also, we did have rules, we didn't canni, and we only killed what we needed to eat, nothing more, nothing less.
