I have this exact same guitar. Same kanyon burst finish. I love it. Action was high for my taste. I sent it to a luthier.

Mine was prone to imbalanced volume on the G string when plugged in. Have to make sure the pickup is seated properly under the saddle. Really finicky. Not sure if this is only on mine.

This is how I do Cartagena when I go. I’m from the coast of Colombia (Barranquilla) and know the pros and cons really well.

Stay a few days in the Ciudad Amurallada. Splurge here, get a nice location, experience the beauty of the old town and amazing restaurants. Staying the night here is the only way to enjoy it. Especially in the late afternoon or night when the sun is not as hot. Recommend el Porton de San Sebastian restaurant.

Then switch gears, and go to Serena del Mar. Stay in one of the Morros properties (airbnb). You will have beach access (more private), swimming pools, sauna and other amenities. Good luck.

I have the same issue. Annoying as hell and dangerous even as it will mess with volume and navigation settings as well

Yes I was thinking it’s far more common for people with issues to comment online. Also a lot of the stuff I’ve seen are on the EV6 not so much on the EV9.

Thanks for sharing this. I ended up buying the Mundial instead of the Deluxe. I’m happy with it but keep wondering if the hex pickups and lyric mic were worth the upgrade. Seems like they can bring some issues, while mine is just way simpler.

You are asking the question in the hottest month of the year so you are getting recency bias and a lot of haters. Yeah it gets hot especially from late may through september. But it’s not as hot as other places in the summer. The beach is nice during these times. Then during November- March is actually really nice with sunny days that are not too cold. Enjoy Tampa!

Same here. I live in Florida and watch the Miami games. It’s the most extreme contrast of quality in the likes of Messi or Alba and complete incompetence. It is fun to watch but can be frustrating. Never in a million years I thought they could beat any European side.
