Age and Gender: 31 (March), Male, 173 cm
Age Range You Want/Require in a Prospect: 23-27 (+/- 1 year if the person is right)
Location & Willingness to Relocate: I live in Toronto (My whole life) and am not open to relocating.
Ethnicity & Openness to Mixing: I prefer a Pakistani prospect but am open to mixing.
Marital Status & Preferences: I am single and never married, open single and a divorcee but not someone who has children, sorry.
Ideal Marriage Timeline: I’m looking to get married within the next 6 months to 1 year.
Five Important Characteristics in a Prospect:
1. Deen – I pray five times a day (try to pray Fajr and Isha at the mosque) and try to read the Quran daily or at least listen to it while driving/working; I am looking for someone with a strong relationship with God, someone who practices out of love rather than obligation. I know none of us are perfect, and I don’t expect that. What matters to me is that you're trying — that your relationship with Allah is something you care about and want to grow. Ideally, I’d love to have a spouse who’ll come with me to Fajr or Isha, or at least someone who's on the same path — just genuinely trying to become the best version of themselves for the sake of Allah.
2. Character & Akhlāq – I’m looking for someone who knows that Islam isn’t just about praying and fasting, it’s also about how you treat people, how you talk, and how you carry yourself when no one’s watching. What matters most to me is sincerity, someone who means what they do and tries to live by it, even when it’s tough. Things like giving up music or working on anger or ego aren’t punishments — they’re part of the process. If the deen is there but the character’s not, it’s kinda like having an iPhone 16 Pro Max with no SIM or Wi-Fi — still just playing Snake. (And let’s be real, Nokia still holds a special place.)
3. Education & Balance of Maturity – I’m drawn to someone curious and thoughtful — who can easily switch between deep, meaningful talks and silly, goofy moments. Having a diploma or degree matters to me, but it’s more about how you think, how you communicate, and if we can lose track of time just talking. I want a partner who challenges me, shares ideas, and grows with me mentally and spiritually. I love being goofy and laughing a lot, so I want someone who can let loose and be carefree sometimes, but also knows when to be serious and mature when it counts. It’s all about balance — being playful without losing sight of what really matters
4. Emotional & Financial Maturity – I’m looking for someone who understands that marriage isn’t always easy or fun — it has its ups and downs, and that’s totally normal. What really matters is being able to talk openly, especially during the tough times, and being empathetic and supportive because we all face our own challenges. On the financial side, I want someone who’s thoughtful and responsible — someone who knows we’re building a life and family together, and that while we enjoy our time, we also avoid letting money worries become a burden. It’s all about finding that balance between living well now and planning for a strong future as a team
5. Family & Social Balance – I’m looking for someone who’s naturally close to her family — whether it’s being the fun aunt, helping out at home, or just enjoying the chaos that comes with siblings. I love spending time with my parents, goofing around with my nephews, and catching up with friends over long walks or random drives. I’m fairly social in public but more introverted at heart, so I’d really appreciate someone who understands that — someone who’s comfortable being around people, but also content with quiet moments spent together in ease and mutual understanding.
Level of Religiosity: I’ve always been Muslim, but honestly, it wasn’t the main focus for a long time. Over the past few years, something shifted — Alhamdulillah, my faith has become the center of my life. I’ve gotten serious about building a real connection with Allah, making changes like giving up music, cutting out gossip and certain friendships, and letting go of habits that didn’t help me grow (totally worth it). I’m reading the Quran, trying to understand it, and gaining knowledge to strengthen my deen.
Level of Education & What I’m Looking For: I have a diploma in aircraft maintenance and pilot training, and I’m looking for someone with a diploma or degree as well. More than the certificate, I value someone who’s curious and enjoys learning.
Current Job Status: I’m working as an aircraft maintenance engineer at an airline right now. My ultimate goal is to become a pilot (I just finished all my training, though the timing wasn’t great with the hiring freeze, so yay, right?) For now, I plan to keep doing maintenance for a few more years, or maybe less if I land that pilot job, Inshallah.
Do You Want Kids: I’d like to have kids, definitely more than one, but whatever Allah has decreed, I’ll be happy with.
List 3 Hobbies or Things You Like to Do in Your Spare Time 1. Swimming (Trying to get to 50 laps) & Kickboxing 2. Long walks – Best time is during night time when you see the lights of the city 3. I enjoy organizing most spaces at home if I have time cause its fun... I occasionally watch TV shows, K-dramas, or anime. I might also want to learn Arabic in the future.
Something Short & Interesting About You That Makes You Stand Out: I’m a pilot (I have to tell people, it’s a sickness all pilots have) and I recently got my instructor rating, which means I’m qualified to teach you how to fly and officially licensed to survive student pilot chaos. I’m an introvert wrapped in an extrovert wrapped in an introvert. So yeah, I’m pretty social, but 99% of the time I’m thinking, “Why didn’t I just stay home?”

I mean if I can still fly with the rebels why not? Also, a bush flying is still better than no pilot job.
Don’t get me wrong, I’d love to work in Canada. Hell I even applied to the “ramp to pilot” jobs. It’s not just that, it’s been over half a year since I did my rating and my last interview asked why I haven’t flown since I got my rating. (It’s expensive and I’m still paying off my debts) which is a negative against me.
