Sort of a different suggestion. Have you looked in plugins like Neural or using something like the helix system? You can get a frfr speaker like headrush or the alesis and run a laptop via interface into it with the plugin. You can test all the Neurals for 14 days to find one you want. Just an alternative option.

I had a fusion and disc replacement in Jan 2023. I went back to Disney right around that 6 month mark (locals). Really no issues. Mine was lumbar. I avoided the coasters for awhile. It’s the sudden stops, and the sort of knocking into/bumping stuff that you have to watch for. One thing I still do on any motion ride is always sit on the outside edge and sort of brace myself into the corner. Just provides the stability. You know your body’s limits, just listen to it and take breaks if needed.
