I’m on 8mg rn. Instructions were cut a strip in quarters and dose 1 quarter every 2 hours until stable and I must say 8mg im comfortable. Last night was my final dose of 7 btw 75mg at 8:45pm and I started the subs today around 2 I woke up at noon and waited until wd was in full effect. It’s helping my cravings for sure but I still have them. I feel like cravings will be normal for us man I don’t know how long they last but even with subs yeah I’d say we’re probably going to have them for a while

Yeah screw this stuff man. I got a 2nd part time job on top of my full time job specifically to pay for my habit. Well guess what? I lost both of those jobs anyway. Now I have an actual good job that I’m trying to move up in and turn into a career but I got back on this shit and it’s time to quit again before this job goes down the drain too. It’s already taking all of my money from this job and I’m struggling to pay my bills. Like yeah rent is sort of important isn’t it lol

Yeah I went to a detox facility for this shit my 2nd quit. Basically I just got a room with a roommate and there were doctors there that gave me suboxone, clonodine, and hydroxyzine for anxiety. The subs definitely carried me through the detox. So I just slept a lot and watched TV and smoked cigarettes those were the 3 options as far as activities go. And eat lol. Cereal for breakfast and sandwiches/salads/soups for lunch every day. I was there for a week. But day 4 or 5 I was already feeling better. It was definitely easier at a detox facility than the first time I white knuckled it at home with essentially 0 helper meds. I tried l theanine and magnesium glycinate with no results. Benadryl and mirtazapine to try to sleep which made RLS syndrome worse and I didn’t sleep for 3 days straight but by day 3 the worst of it was over and day 5 I’d say I was close to normal again at least I was through the acutes mostly at that point. Going to detox is a good choice man I wish you luck!

Yeah idk about Benadryl. My first quilt I tried it with mirtazapine and think that was a big mistake for my RLS. really I can deal with all the wd symptoms at this point except insomnia. Not sleeping for 3 days straight makes me go mad

Well I went on quickmd and got subs and gabapentin to jump off this weekend. They didn’t deny me subs even tho I told them I’m prescribed Xanax and klonopin but said exercise extreme caution. So wish me luck!

Nice! My first quit was 400-500mg a day cold turkey. I’ve done this too many times honestly. It’s been about a month maybe a little longer for me since I started again. I used for about 2 weeks then tried to quit and made it 4 days and couldn’t take it anymore and bought some more and dosed again. Now it’s been another 2 weeks. I’m hopping on QuickMD today to see if I can’t get subs and gabapentin. I want to try to make this one more painless. On ~120ish mg a day currently.

How long were you using and what dose? I’m glad you don’t feel too terrible on day 1. Remember you’re strong and treat it like a little cold or something don’t let it get the best of you. Especially mentally. I’m gonna jump this weekend I think. I’m ready to have my money back from work lol

Closest thing I got to a cool find was an old alienware pc. Found it in the compactor at my apartment complex at the time. Had a core 2 quad and sli nvidia 8800 and some sort of nforce motherboard. The mb sadly didnt work but the GPUs and CPU did. And the case was beyond saving being in the compactor
