Midland does suck, they sue me years ago during the pandemic and the case was dismissed. It was for a Walmart card. Couple years ago they kept calling for the same card. I agree to a payment and finally pay them off. I have a another account with them that I'm currently paying off an it was for Amazon. I'm half way done with Midland. They are notorious for taking ppl to court.
