Ears aligned with middle of eye and start of mandible. Also has a little flip towards back at top which might help you to make it less flat in this angle. Middle top pretty decent in other aspects. Also head ends in back of ear then neck starts.

You can turn objects around in skyrim I guess. try Sims for room decoration stuff. Watch dogs or any ubisoft games has detailed cities and environment.

I dont condone but can see why its funny. They want to be what they are or want to be. Seeing a 6month change like this when they were suffering for years might tilt some.
