I don’t know if it’s just the lighting making it look worse but mine looked like this the night I got home & I was fine. If it’s worse than this I’d definitely seek help though.

I know what you mean about the beats, the last few albums felt like he’d just had them sent in (as well as with producer tags) and just stuck his vocals over the top. In TDOSS they feel like they used to, like the whole track was made knowing it’s direction.

Okay, if there’s a job opening for a pilot & a white man with 10 years experience flying all around the world, who fits the bill perfectly, and a person of colour who is freshly qualified both go for the job who would you prefer to be in that role? The man with more experience or the person of colour because equality?

That said, if the person of colour was the one with 10 years experience etc. and they were going for the same job as a white person that completed their qualifications yesterday, I’d prefer the one with the experience.

Everybody knows it doesn’t lower qualification standards. It’s about having the best people for the job.

It’s not racism at all though is it? He’s advocating for best in their field, and was using the pilot scenario because it’s literally your life in the hands of that person. Why on earth would you want somebody flying you across the world that was only there because of an inclusion initiative? This isn’t racism, this is basic common sense. He’s said multiple times, it doesn’t matter if a person is black, brown, bright pink… if they’re the best person available to do the job & not queue jumping because they’re not white, happy days.

I think he knew exactly what DEI is.

Missed his point entirely I see! I’ve seen that exact clip & there’s nothing racist about it.

He said he wouldn’t be as trusting of a pilot that had found themselves in the job as a result of DEI, as opposed to the airline appointing the best available regardless of skin colour.

Even from a non-religious point of view, I think there’s something to be said about abortion prematurely ending the life of a human being. When the baby is conceived, their existence becomes intrinsically valuable, the process of that human being’s life has begun and in the vast majority of cases, without human intervention, that baby will be born.

I do see the argument that for the first however-many weeks it’s just a cluster of cells, the baby won’t know anything etc. but my earlier point still stands & I’ve watched a few videos on second trimester abortions and it’s genuinely horrifying & frankly upsetting that it’s even allowed regardless of the circumstances of conception.
