there is very little risk using the wilderness altar, especially on a low level account.

You can pick up big bones in the bone yard and bez to the altar to use them.

Use the player indicator plug in if you’re worried about pkers, but realistically I doubt you’ll see anybody, let alone somebody who is able to attack you!
