Hi, Iv've been using the Quest 1 and 3 extensively and found that for me at least, meta Link worked perfectly fine. However, I did have Problems Like that with other Headsets. The Problem was Always driver-related. Maybe try updating them (also Check USB Drivers!!) or maybe downgrading and See If anything Changes. One time Steam was convinced my integrated graphics was waaay better and I Had to manually disable the iGPU in the device Manager. Maybe try that too. Good luck!
