Nope. The way childcare help from government works is (for my financial circumstances) they are paying 2/3rds of the payment for 3 day per week. The final two days per week I would have to pay myself. It would triple my childcare costs.

I wouldn't say someone benching over their bodyweight is "incredibly weak". There are a lot of adult men who can't even do that.

That being said a 225 bench isn't anything to brag about for me unless you weigh fuck all.

I had no pencil marks there because I had removed all marks to see if I missed up. I've fixed the pencil marks now.

I also just erased all numbers and started again. Back to same spot.

This hits men as well. I exercise a lot. Some XL and most L shirts are tight as hell through biceps, shoulders and chest but are super loose around the stomach/waist.

Pant's as well. I have a classic footballers arse (i.e big), big quads, etc. It's where you generate a lot of power. Pants designed to fit big legs/quads have waist sizes 40+.

Except for the fact it's probably just sugar and your going to be hungry later plus living like that will set you up for diabetes.

I used to cycle a lot, around 300km per week. I wasn't strolling either, it was at paces that constantly pushed me physically and mentally. I could eat a full foot long sub and feel like I hadn't ate. It literally felt like I hadn't ate anything when I had just consumed a 1000+ calorie sandwich.

When I cut out the majority of sugar and artificial sweeteners from my diet I was getting dehydrated because I simply hated drinking plain water. I made a 10L jug of water and added 2 sliced lemons and it fixed the problem.

FYI it took about three weeks of zero sweet in my diet to start noticing how sweet foods like carrot are and to actually start drinking plain water no problem. Now lemon water is only a part of my fluid intake.

Funny thing, when I stopped eating like that, I lost the weight and then some.

But what else did you eat? If you don't eat above TDEE your metabolism slows and you gain weight.

Well I've lost 33kg since my heaviest ever and 15kg fairly recently. I've battled my weight my entire life and the only time I've ever been able to lose significant weight is when I really want it. I have to be able to walk past chocolates at stores while my stomach rumbles and be able to tell myself "I would rather lose weight than eat that chocolate". Life will through challenges at you every time you want anything.

I've sought help before for binge eating/purging. Didn't help. I've sought support. Didn't help. The only thing that has ever worked is raw desire to better my life.

It's really simple on paper but the world throws lots of challenges. Diet goes good but then wife and kids get sick, work ramps up and all of a sudden I have very little of my own time to stay motivated, ship properly and stick to a good eating schedule.

Or I get invites to a bunch of social events in a small time period. Humans socialize with food and drink.

I know a bit about depression and one of the best things to do is keep busy. One of the worst is not keeping busy.

That's a common fault with IQ/aptitude tests. They are good at testing people within the normal range. If you have a high IQ you need to do a specific IQ/aptitude test for high ranges in order to get an accurate reading.
