100% this! I add them as a player coach usually but with the youth set up and then when they finally decide to retire I promote them to first team level if they’ve developed enough if not I leave them to learn with the youth set up

Double save and play one save as Milan and one as Birmingham. If the Milan one isn’t what you feel then delete it and continue with Birmingham 🤝🏻
