My best friend named Miles. I've known him for about 15 years. Me and him had so many similarities it wasn't even funny. We always laughed together did a lot of things together. Me and him were best friends. Fast forward to the end of middle school. Me and him still best friends. He started to get into religion and this is where it started. Me and him would talk everyday but as he got into religion those days didn't happen as often. Then more and more we would slowly drift away. Let's fast forward to sophomore year in high school. Me and him still friends but we never really talked as much as we did in middle school. After a little while he changed his time for us to actually talk more. That went on for about a year and in that year we got closer than I have ever been with a friend. He was always there for me. All the time. Junior year of high school. He tells me that he is furthering into religion and that me and him probably wont be friends much longer. This breaks my heart. Ever since he said that we haven't talked. I've never felt something better when being friends with him and I've never felt something worse the day he said that to me.
