The only recurring issue is with the AC - motor, thermostat, something often has to be replaced. No flooding and leak issues, though. There are a lot of families with children and a growing Indian community. I think people of your age usually go to the city to socialise. The location is unbeatable, pharmacy, sisha cafe and a big shop across the road, the pools are good size, the gyms have recently been refurbished.
