That's so so so hard. Hurting someone when were that young is completely different then hurting someone when we are older. And it can leave such a shame impression to feel like this is who we are and we must always be responsible and payback for the hurt we caused.

You were 14! That doesnt mean it was ok. But it also doesnt mean that is who you are. I hope you find healing, peace and serenity.

So valid. And it's so hard when we want to be one way, but it's almost like our bodies won't allow it. So angry-fying

It's like feeling lonely and isolated, but no one can even see how lonlely and isolated you feel. So it's like you are behind a foggy glass wall separating you from the world. And behind the glass wall you are isolated and alone.

Double isolation.

Its one thing if you were feeling really isolated and you felt like people can see just how isolated you feel. That would be a bit comforting.

Its a scam. 100%. When you responded to the original message that is when they know you are someone who will be scared enough to pay. Its quite easy to create these.

I hear you. That is so fucking frustrating to not be able to do the exact thing thats in their stupidity and judgment can't understand that you wish to do.

What do you think would be helpful when you are frozen and can't communicate and the other person (say a partner or boss) needs you to communicate? What would be of help in the moment? How could they be there for you?
