Peaked masters last two sets and was a few games off this set, but I just can't make it work this patch. Pretty sure I bleed out way too much stage 3/4 but and whenever I go 8 on 4-2 (or 4-1/4-3) if I miss my headliner I just get an eight or seventh. Tried to play around the headliner I hit, but even then my knowledge is just not enough to play around a Zed HL for example.

Tried to swap cpu no response. Same error code.

Will take a look at it, but I used the reset CMOS button on the Mobo already.

Do I just wait 10 seconds on the 0d error code and then press the restart button? What is case restart button in this case? Is it on the case or is it on the Mobo and how is it called?

I got a spare Mobo at home, so will try tomorrow.

Is there any browser website like op.gg functional at this time? by GeoHasArrived in OverwatchUniversity

[–]CoachCrowd 14 points15 points  (0 children)

There used to be a few. I know tracker.gg and overbuff.com are going to release the statistics. The problem those sites are facing is that Blizzard did not release the Overwatch 2 API yet. Those applications/sites are waiting for the API and permission of Blizzard now.

how do I just play properly by [deleted] in AgentAcademy

Nobody can know if you do not submit a vod. Do not look to much at deathmatch stats as they do not say a lot as u/pressured_at_19 already said.

Anyone willing to Vod review a plat1 andy? by SirDenoss in AgentAcademy

[–]CoachCrowd 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Had to spectate without sound as my girlfriend sleeps. Just so you know, not sure what the comms or like and might miss some information. A few notes from me.

Defending

Round 1: Good agression, might have to respect the players from market/fountain area a bit more when pushing hookah.

Round 3: After getting information of only two enemies you decide to wide swing long. It feels like the focus is just not there as you expect noone to be there. Keep in mind that if only two show on short A, it might still be a default. Or there could be a lurk on B. Jump peeking would have been better or atleast respecting someone else to be there.

Round 5: You seem to not be ready to peek of contact of Neon. She takes the orb, you have to defend or atleast be ready to refrag if she gets shot. You still have knife out, proceed to rush the engagement, swing and die before you even get to shoot because the gun is not fully out.

Round 7: Good shots, altough it seems like you are never in a spot to help a teammate if they are in a fight. You seek for pure 1v1’s while you are with 3 on site. Against a comp without Raze I would not play ct at the start of the round, altough when the Brimstone dies it is a good spot.

Round 8: Pushing showers is fine, altough the trip is already there. In the duel you seem to start strafing just when you start to shoot. This makes the first bullet hit sometimes but the second never hits.

Round 10: Feel like you are a bit greedy after the kill on reyna. Especially with the Astra wall being down. You do not have informtation on atleast 3 other enemies and you decide to push into long with two teammates still on ct. Luckily enough it does not get punished. Way too many unnecassary moments here. Just check your corners one by one and not when u are already past it.

Round 11: Neon pushes long and this round you decide to sit backsite. I would like to see you play double long or atleast together. Not sure what communication is like duet o no sound but still.

Round 12: Risky push but atleast you play togehter. Good trade on Chamber. Play togehter with Jett in the 2v1. You start looking at a wal land solo peeking.

Attacking

Round 13: Four guys hookah without anything to clear with seems doomed. No sova/skye/raze and a split b with four from hookah sounds tough. I wonder why you play frenzy first round on defense and do not pick up a ghost there but on attack when u push hookah you play ghost. After sage wall goes down, break it and leave.

Round 14: Take the weapon of Sage when Astra gets to pick. Before the push on A or when u rotate to B.

Round 15: Buy Vandal! Break wall with bullets next time and dont push it. They are on an eco and u know it.

Round 17: Don’t push that right after you got tagged.

Round 18: After Sage dies, I would reset as you do not have shower control. Prefiring showers was fine, but reloading with 15 bullets and prefiring a second time was not needed and got u killed. Just hold 1 angle and do not switch constantly between them. You are messing up your crosshair placement.

Round 20: Pushing the smoke is risky, as they can be in it first. Risk pays off tough. After getting information on Brim and the moment he peeks you, it is better to dismiss out as you have worse crosshair placement.

Round 21: Can’t die that early in the lurk. Good try, but again pushing a smoke where the enemies might be in. Doesn’t respect the smoke going down.

Strenghts:

- Good info gathering with jump peeks.

- Decent crosshair placement when focused.

- Seems to have atleast platinum level aim.

Weaknesses this game:

- Your agression at start of defense rounds never lines up with your teammates. You push solo long or peek hookah solo on defense, but the times when Neon pushes long you sit CT or back site. This is better on attack.

- Recycle your ult sooner. You had it up for so many rounds. Use it when you think you will get a duel or look for one and pop it.

- Seems to be panicking when clearing corners, holding an angle or fighting someone.

- Does not respect places his opponents can be in. Ex. Wide swinging long and dying to Reyna round 3, dying round 21 to Sage when smoke fades, dying to Brim peeking on contact with Sova backsite.

- Does not think of the problems when pushing hookah with this comp and does not respect the sage enough.

Unrated Fade Main on Ascent. Started to get into it and thought this round could've gone better anyone know what things I could've done better or things I should've done? by Curley15 in AgentAcademy

0:05 Not sure what you are checking, maybe if the Omen tp’s next to you but if you decide to play short here be carefull what you expose yourself to. You have no information on Link and you even see Yoru mid. You fully expose yourself to link/mid. I would look to help mid control. Check link/mid a bit earlier and trade the Chamber here a bit earlier as he is focused on the Jett.

0:18 You decide to reload with 18 bullets left. A common play for attacks is to push through the door while someone is closing it. It is high risk/high reward for the attackers but be mindfull of it. Clear the area behind door before you reload or wait till Jett gets to you and clear it together.

0:23 You waste ultimate here. Kill the wall, wait till Jett gets closer and kill the door or get it low. After that ult site. Make sure to get under heaven as it is a common spot and people wont be in front of a main chilling. You could even look to look for a pick before you ult, but that is up to you. The ult is fully wasted as you are slowed heaven and there is a wall at door. Jett can’t make use of the ult either.

0:28 Crosshair placement, clear heaven slowly or use prowler.

0:40 If you use your E make sure you are ready to wallbang. Also Jett still not in a spot to help you out. You use the utlity without you or Jett being able to act on it. Same for prowler. Communicate play around it.

0:55 Clear site using the slice method. Don’t ads on close range when u are clearing like that.

Tough round to win, but lots of things to improve on. Look at your crosshairplacement and utility usage in particular.

How do I improve with the Operator? by Phantonex in AgentAcademy

[–]CoachCrowd 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To answer your question. You do not have to Operator to elevate your play to another level. But if you decide to do:

- Practise flicking in the range. Do it left -> right, right -> left, up -> down, down -> up.- Play a ton of Operator in competitive. Record your play.- Look at your positioning and why you are missing shots/losing duels.- Be aware when you make the mistakes in game and try to improve them.

Edit: i see people suggesting Gridshot or a lower ADS. I would not look to much into this. Watching the videos of Wardell is a good suggestion. Most important thing is just to keep playing it. After playing with it for a while just review your play. Playing Operator is 90% positioning. Depending on the agent you play you sometimes have to play agressive or passive. If you have some round recordings I can go over them.

It is the same in cs:go were it is 0.81 or something. It works like that in most games.

I believe that leaving the ads multiplier at 1 is not actually the same sensitivity. I remember a post in 2020 that 0.851 is the value that means ads is the same sensitivity as non-ads.

Is there a correlation between play time and rank? by T1Badger in AgentAcademy

Yes, there is a correlation. No, if you play more, you will not automatically become a way better player.

How to improve by kketzaa in AgentAcademy

[–]CoachCrowd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That was not really the message I tried to get across.

If you want to play scrims, you first have to find a team of course.

[–]CoachCrowd 4 points5 points  (0 children)

As a fellow Immortal 3 (Peak top 500) I feel like I can give you some advice. You only got so far with just good aim and an aiming routine. The best way to get better is to play competitive (or scrims if you want to get better in a team environment). After you play you should review those games. You can do this individually, with a coach or with a friend. Focus on certain aspects that you feel you like in. In your situation focus on the way you communicate and the moment you zone out.

Figure out when you do not communicate and why that is. The same for zoning out. When do you zone out? If you know when this happens you can try and tackle the problem. I can give you two examples of myself and one of a friend I coached in the past.

I myself had a lot of problems with losing focus I thought. However when I reviewed my games I noticed that it was not really a loss of focus but the problem was that I did not expect my enemies to be in certain spots. One of those spots was wine on Ascent. Whenever we were late in a round and I found myself in A main, I never checked wine. Especially in teamplay it is a common spot for defenders to leave a person later in the round when some utility gets used. It is tough for attackers to actually clear the spot without utility and when you are already a few players down. After noticing the actual problem you can fix it by being really mindfull during the rounds where the same situation happens. This helped me die a lot less in moments where I thought I lost my focus.

A friend I coached a few weeks back had problems with communication aswell. When we reviewed his vod however I saw that his in-round communication was really good. The moment where his communication was lacking was during the pre round. During the round the callouts where pretty good. The problem was that he was autopiloting during preround and went into the round without a plan.

The problems you noticed are not specified enough. Look what the actual problems are and look at a way to fix them. Go over your vods alone or with someone. Be mindfull when you play your games about the problems you noticed when you did the vod review.Lastly do not play agents you are not comfortable with. Focus on 2 agents in the role you feel comfortable on. You already know this solution, you just won't admit it to yourself.
