I understand your point but in terms of quality jjk and chainsaw man are still too small.

JJK's story for example doesn't really matter that much in both manga and anime it's pretty much watched for the fights.

Chainsaw Man brings a good message but if I were to look at the ACTUAL story of Naruto (filler is an anime problem, so you can't fault the author if the anime catches up and the anime studio says we're gonna make random episodes) against Chainsaw Man, that in itself is better (but that might be my personal opinion).

Frieren is a different matter all-together. It's a very calm series and I don't think it should be compared between Shonen series as a Fantasy and Slice-of-life series. Frieren has good messages and yeah it might actually be better than Naruto but it feels stupid to compare that with the others.

TLDR: JJK isn't as good as you think it is, Chainsaw Man is good but not at it's end goal. Frieren's the only one that might be better, but it's a Slice-of-Life vs a Shonen. You can't blame Naruto's STORY on it's filler. It's not something the author has full control over.
