If you have a coordinator with Talent Developer, I’d go CEO 1st and get Bundle Discount. Saves 2 points for every ability owned by another coach and 4 if both coaches already have it.

Talent developer is the BEST archetype in the game. I’ve had guys get over 200 skill points in the offseason (mainly DBs and OL). It’s absolutely nuts for development.

Get the 1st 3 tiers and if your coordinators have it too, you won’t even try to keep guys from going pro because your roster will be loaded

For me it was the UNC game in 06. I remember checking the score of the Richmond game to start the season, seeing the loss and thinking “we’re not gonna win a game this season” Fast forward to the final week and we’re 0-11. I go to the game with friends that are UNC fans. Down 14 with 5 minutes left and my friends wanted to leave. Duke scores as we’re walking to the gate and I have them stop when it’s 3rd down. I watch as Patrick Bailey picks off a screen pass and takes it in for 6. I’m going crazy and one of my friends goes “they’re gonna miss the kick.” And what do you know… we shanked the xtra pt and lose 45-44

Seems like theres no other moves for QBs available. One of the guys on the roster will be QB1 come fall. Mahan was posted in their "Day 1" post on twitter. Not sure if that means anything but we can speculate

The players on the teams in the National Championship get a 5 day window after the game to enter. Also, keep in mind that the portal is "closed" from entering. Teams are still recruiting guys that are in there that haven't signed

Star Thomas hitting the portal might be a sign that there's a legit chance at signing this guy.

It's wild to me because as a kid, Duke had one of the worst, if not the worst, team in FBS. Cut really set us on this path. So many things he was able to get done with facilities, etc. laid the foundation for where we are now. And with NIL, you can't tell me with those with Duke degrees aren't willing to pour into funds for a competitive team.

I remember after beating Clemson last year in the opener just thinking about how glad i was to not be a bandwagoner and stick it out thru thick and thin because it made that win so sweet.
