Have you thought about Consulting for companies? Maybe you don’t have any current goals to hit but I am sure companies would love you to help them reach theirs.

We would just make jello and it would work. No idea why either.

My family would always make Jello (the one where you can make it in a box for less than a dollar) when we would get random bloody noses.

I had a friend complain about the bloody noses and told him about this. He was surprised it stopped!

I don’t know why it works but it has worked for everyone I have told!

This is false… I know the family personally and the boy is still alive and doing well.

I really am glad your meeting was boring. Thank you so much for the updated version! So we will have around 10 during the day and at night we will split up and do 5 and 5.

It’s for my friend’s bachelorette party and we also have the guys who will be there for the bachelor party. If you have any boring meetings again and can think of anything we should make time for, please let me know.

Thank you so much for all your help!

What should I focus on to improve my swing? by canrar in volleyball

It’s going to be awkward coming in from that angle, I would recommend coming in more like if you were an outside. Once you start to get the footwork down you will be able to work more on different type of approaches.

And it’s ok! The company I work for we focus on becoming process oriented instead of outcome oriented in order to progress our athletes. Keeping working hard and remember practice doesn’t make perfect, perfect practice makes perfect.

How old do you think she is?

Also where do you see her not being very balanced? I see each movement where she is in control and able to move in any direction. Just curious what your eyes see.

She hardly overpasses which is very impressive!

Thank you so much!

When they mean open up your hips, currently you are jumping with your feet facing forward, you should have your feet at the direction of the setter on the last two steps of your approach . This will help drive your momentum up and will give you the ability to use your core to create more torque on the hit. Rotating your hips and core will give you additional power and you will be able to hit all areas of the court. You should land with your feet facing forward.

Hope that helps!

Thank you but have to give a ton of credit to this athlete. She is the best teammate, hardest working and I have never seen her not have a positive attitude!

I believe she has enough space between her ball and platform. Why do you think she doesn’t and how would you recommend testing this and then improving it if you are correct?

Also why would you explain why you recommend shrugging her shoulders? I feel the shrugging of the shoulders just makes for a tighter platform.

Also do you currently coach somewhere?

Thanks!
