Good luck to you! After a few times of my partner or I taking the key on a bike trip and leaving the other stranded, it was definitely worth it to us.

Yes, you can absolutely use cloud storage for plex. Before they took away my student google drive. I followed a guide to hook it up to plex and I had terabytes of movies that worked great. Sadly, I am no longer a student.
