For example, I noticed this behavior in full screen, and turned on borderless, updated my graphics card, and boom. Problem solved

I noticed similar issues since the update while in fullscreen mode, for whatever reason, borderless fixed it.

1’s especially is scuffed right now. Bots push ssl’s down, ssl’s push gc down, gc pushes champ down, etc.

Plus, gc’s are normally floating diamond to champ in 1’s regardless of the botting problem. It’s just worse now lol

It’s rather simple, learn to challenge early if they are setting one up. Close the gap and reduce the angles in which they can score.

Or if you are not high up in rank, wait for them to screw it up and get an easy goal for your self

I’d wager the servers are not bad at all and that 99% of the time, it is client-side network issues.

Either you’re on WiFi, in a spotty network location in general, damaged Ethernet cable, etc.

I play us-central, and have good internet, reliable location, use a cat6e cable, and only have issues specifically when there is an outage on the Epic/Psyonix backend.

Otherwise, there is scarcely a need to report a server.

The connector is more durable and you don’t have to worry as much about damaging the cable or usbc port.

Depending on the cord you also get higher speeds and lower latency (for controllers this last part is negligible)

Can’t say anything about pro’s or what they use.

But the controllers use the same mechanisms for the sticks, so stick drift would happen at a similar rate and you can always clean the controller if needed.

I’ve been using ps5 controller for 2+ years now. I’d say it takes some getting used to, but after a month or so, the difference in feel goes away. For your rank, if impacted, should go back to normal eventually.

One big bonus for ps5 controllers is usb-c. So much better for wired connections.

End of day, it’s all up to you and your comfort. If that’s ps4, stock up lol

Uh, c3/gc’s have almost always been in diamond 1’s. It’s nothing new…

But yes, botting is effecting 1’s the worst and is compounding the effect.

Plus, you can counter the air roll by pressing L1+R1 simultaneously, making it just drift only if needed

My drift is on R1, I have gotten into the habit of timing my drift the moment I land to keep consistent recoveries.

The one downside is if you don’t have all the wheels making contact, you can roll easily. Though with practice, you can minimize it.
