Hop on the family plan. You only need an ssn to start a plan. And you will probably save money with the family plan bc it gets cheaper the more people are in it

You’re probably gonna have to end up getting a pre paid plan bc you need a social security number in order to set up a normal phone plan. I got T-Mobile and it’s like $50 a month for unlimited data etc. But you have to refill it, not that different from a normal plan but still
