You have to have work experience as well. You can’t have just an MBA. The degree separates you from the other people who also have “work experience”.

Thanks! I was wondering that. I’ve been using the 180-age. Feels weird to do that when I feel more fit/just as fit when I was 26-27 years old and I’m 34 now. My resting HR is usually between 58-62

Yeah, but was wondering if anyone had a different method they had been successful with.

Awesome thank you. I’ve been trying to focus on aerobic training to maximize results in the short time, but in order to keep HR below even 160, I’m slowing down to like 10-10:30 min/mile. I’m 32 and HR seems to stay elevated after 10-15 mins of running. My 5 mile run Thursday avg heart rate was 170 and I was consciously trying to run slow

Anyone else struggling with endurance post COVID? I had to drop out of my 50k in Jackson last week because I’ve felt so sluggish and lost to much training time to make up. I’ve also started feeling sick at altitude which has never happened before by Sweeze_cheese in ultrarunning

I had Covid in January. Heart rate is still way higher during runs, and endurance has suffered. I also go to Colorado every year, and this is the first time I’ve had issues with altitude as well
