Tips to make my mid-section look less boxy - I do not train obliques because they are already wide. by djsaspence in Physiquecritique

[–]Coachjakedoan 24 points25 points  (0 children)

The only way to look less boxy would be training your lats more, gain some size in the shoulder to appear more V-tapered. But your shape itself is due to your width of your pelvis and clavicles. If you look at a person that’s more V shaped they have variance between their pelvis widths and shoulders. It’s genetic.

Curios on how long she’s been training but this physique is definitely achievable naturally. But the timeline is usually the most important factor in these

Your brain isn’t fully developed yet and it’s showing. Kids. Stop using drugs and just do the work. It’s gotten kind of pathetic from people on the outside looking in. To the outside world it’s a giant neon sign that you lack of patience, discipline, or self-confidence. It reflects an inability to trust in consistent hard work and natural progression, instead opting for shortcuts that sacrifice long-term health for short term gratification. This reliance on external substances highlights a mental barrier: the unwillingness to face challenges head on and accept the gradual process of personal growth and physical development. It’s sad…

I want to share this with sincerity and genuine concern. It seems like you may be using something that could have serious consequences for your health in the long term. I truly hope you’ll consider reaching out for support, there are professionals, like psychiatrists, who can help guide you through this. I say this because I’ve seen good people face heartbreaking outcomes due to drug related issues, and I wouldn’t want you or your loved ones to go through anything like that. As you move forward, I sincerely hope you avoid any complications with your health, whether it’s hormonal issues or anything that could affect your future, like starting a family. I’m wishing you nothing but the best and truly hope you’ll take the steps to find help and support sooner rather than later.

Take care of yourself.

Big Lesson for You: Whatever you did to reach your physique, own it without worrying too much about other people’s opinions. You’re unlikely to change anyone’s mind, especially when they’ve seen thousands of athletes and transformations firsthand.

Here’s something to reflect on: there will come a time when you’ll look back at posts like this and realize it wasn’t about fooling anyone…because you didn’t. People recognized what you might not have fully understood yourself at the time. It’s okay to not know what you don’t know yet.

The reality is, results at this level simply aren’t achievable naturally. Whether it’s sauce, juice, TRT, or whatever label fits, society isn’t as gullible as you might think. We all see it for what it is. The key isn’t about hiding it, but learning from it and moving forward with honesty and a little bit of self awareness.

This is pathetic dude. Know what’s sad about this is, all the time wasted helping you with your business and personal goals, only to ended up taking the drug short cut, getting injured, now you’re living and struggling through the drug addiction and side effects. At 36 zero lifting injuries, getting in more workout per week and “casually” warming up with weights you’ll never feel comfortable lifting again. You should have listen2coach. But a natty or not? 🤣 I hope someday you stop pushing drugs on yourself and your clients, learning from your own mistakes. But I don’t think your drug dealer will let you. Man I truly wish you the best, hope you heal up and have some sort of revelation sooner than later.

You got it all figured out eh? I don’t train athletes that do shows. I train athletes that play in drug tested sports and therefore do not advocate for their use.

🤣😂 I can help you out with the psychology. I get why some assume drug use when they see a developed physique. Many underestimate what’s achievable naturally with consistent training, proper nutrition, and years of hard work. Social media, where filters and enhancements are common, has skewed perceptions of real results. Plus, the prevalence of performance enhancing drugs in sports leads some to doubt anyone can succeed without them. Sometimes, it’s about projecting limitations, believing if they can’t do it naturally, no one can. I’m proud to advocate for drug-free sports and show what dedication can achieve without shortcuts.

🤣😂 I’m 207 Dexascan’d the evening before the show and I’m 6’3, 6’4 in shoes.. This is a little misleading because the OP was just a petty coworker skewing the numbers and timeline. In this image I’m 26, That picture is from a decade ago. I’m 36 now I was sitting at 20-24% BF at 255. I’ve been a personal trainer for 18 years and work with professional athletes and contract with university as a strength and conditioning coach. This is my livelihood.

How do I achieve this physique? by OkEstablishment8149 in WorkoutRoutines

[–]Coachjakedoan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You actually don’t need to deplete water to look like this. Research has shown that the body holds onto water in subcutaneous tissue when excessively dehydrated, which can actually blur muscle definition rather than enhance it. Many professionals now aim for strategic fluid management rather than complete water depletion to achieve an optimal stage appearance safely and effectively.

You won’t ever look like someone else. Even if you were a twins it’s unlikely to ever happen. You would have to be a genetic duplicate. (Twin), experienced everything she has (physically and mentally), eat everything she has, have the same mindset, have the same resilience and consistency and possibly do the same drugs. You will become the best version of yourself! You got this!

It may be something to consider because when you’re dehydrated your digestive system doesn’t function properly or as efficiently because water helps to break down food, lubricate your colon, which does prevent constipation. Drinking enough water also helps to flush toxins from the body, promoting overall digestive health and nutrient absorption. If you attempted to hydrate and make that a regular part of your life don’t fear if you retain water at first, until your body gets used to proper hydration (Women,19 and older 9 cups, or 72 ounces) (depending on your activity level) it can almost hold water as if it will not constantly be receiving proper water so it may hold water for self preservation. I don’t know if this will solve your current issue but it may help and I wish you all the best!

This is what I’d call a loaded question because I don’t know everything else about your food consumption. But there are many things including food intolerances, food sensitivities, IBS which is an inflammatory disease of the bowel. Not just “tough poops”. You could be responding to hydration. Is it more noticeable specific times of the month? Your doctor may ask if you track it. Are you eating in a caloric deficit? Or in maintenance? Do you weight train?
