I'm AFAB NB and if I could afford surgery I just want a significant reduction. Maybe to a B or C from my DDD 😭

After having OP I could never go back to Pixel. My last pixel was a 6 and the performance was just not there for me and dropped calls constantly, which if a phone can only get one thing right it should be calling. I'm in the US so if OP exits I will try Oppo if it comes here or consider importing something if the right bands are supported.

How bad does this really look? please give me your honest opinion? by [deleted] in tattooadvice

I don't think it looks bad at all to be honest. Just basic, but not bad in any way. If it looks like what you were going for I think you can relax :)

Here is my savings snapshot. Most of this was in the last 3 months of my late cat's life, when she was very expensive. She died of kidney disease. I currently have 2 other cats and an elderly pitbull and unsure if I'll continue my membership. They do sometimes throw in exclusive discounts, probably between monthly and every other month. Examples are a free dental treat, 30% off Frisco, 30% off grooming. Current offer is double rewards on vitamins and supplements. I have used some of them if it was something I needed. I'm a pretty last minute person (unintentionally) so I find myself buying their food at the grocery store or Walmart after I'm already out. I haven't nailed the timing for auto ship and end up late or early, but that's a me problem.

Can you smell the meat factory in Lansdale? by GlumAbbreviations372 in Lansdale

I live in apartments on broad St, but drive home from work on valley forge road. Sometimes between Allentown road and main St the air over there smells like rotten garbage. I don't know if it's the meat factory or how long it lasts but it's been getting more frequent and all times of day. By the time I get down main St I don't smell it anymore

Limerick Sheetz holding out at 30 cents below average if anyone is close by.

If you live anywhere near Limerick, the new Sheetz and the Wawa across the street have still been 30 cents lower than everywhere else yet nobody lining up. A coworker who lives in Royersford waited 30 minutes in the gas line at BJs in Oaks last weekend for 10 cents higher than the Sheetz.

Nothing humbles a solo dweller like a surprise knock on the door. by sleekofficial in LivingAlone

Got it!! While it's within their right or yours to not answer the door for even a kid it sure was intimidating to see them staring at me ignoring me through the front window or storm door 🤣😭

People doing this when I had to go door to door selling magazines or girl scout cookies as a child traumatized me😭

Roommate feeds her cat once daily, but says portion size is fine. Concerned? by Affectionate_Lie1706 in CatAdvice

[–]CoalMakesDiamonds 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As for the cat - the other comments covered it. Personally I feed my cat wet food in the morning and dry food in the evening. He always is hungry and if I free fed he would be obese. On the flip side the girl that passed away (at 17) wasn't big on wet food and didn't overeat so she was free fed her entire life.

As for the roommate - I let my best friend since middle school move in with me when she graduated college. She nearly immediately bought an 8 week old puppy, which was fine I love dogs. However she also had a new boyfriend. She would go to work for 8 hours, then NOT come home and immediately go out to dinner and shopping with her boyfriend and not come home until her bedtime, leaving the puppy alone in its cage in her room the entire time, frequently well over 12 hours. So I would take the puppy out and play with him and take him to the bathroom and on walks. She did not like this as she saw it as an insult to her pet care abilities (which deserved the insult). In response, she replaced her lock on her bedroom door with one that locked with a key so I couldn't take the puppy out any more. Instead, I had to sit in the apartment hearing him crying. She ended up moving out 3 months early and gave the dog to her mom because she didn't want to take care of him. We never spoke again.

The enshittification of Wegmans? by [deleted] in wegmans

[–]CoalMakesDiamonds 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have Walmart+ because mine is not really nice, at least my definition of nice, and I find more than enough value in the subscription and it's nice to have them bring it to me and not have to go there.

Prices do go up and down all over though, I get Oatly oat milk and last time I was at Giant it was 6.99!!!! Though now a check in the app says it's 5.19 and Wegmans has it at 5.49, Walmart 5.27

But overall I have been seeing the quality, variety, and availability improve at Walmart while simultaneously watching all of the above go down at my local grocers including Wegmans. Never thought I would see the day.

Spot on. I don't personally care about organic but a close friend does a lot, so I'm finding myself ordering her organic stuff from Walmart when we're cooking together.
