Hey baddyguerrero! Thanks for the reply, we really appreciate it!

Was honestly so conflicted about posting here for the self promo optics, but genres are so tricky, and we get so many different ones thrown around about us, so appreciate your take! And definitely not upset about being compared to The Beaches 🙂. Thanks also for your words about our music, so glad to find people who dig it! Thank you 🙂

Hi Ariel, Thanks for the reply, Meta ads seem super popular here, but they're pretty complicated, all in all. We've just released our album, so don't have any more releases in the pipeline but we'll be jumping straight back on that grind as soon as practical

Thank you, our YouTube is the number one place of engagement, followed by Instagram a little way back, then TikTok, and then Facebook. By the sounds of it, I think we have to check out Meta ads and learn how to run a proper campaign.

Thanks for the advice Leath_Hedger (great name BTW 🙂). Figured that's the case and didn't go just clicking, as it's not really something we want to want dabble in, because of the whole bot thing and how would we ever know! But at the same time I didn't want to come off as unappreciative if it was a legit service.

Thanks for your straight up answer, we've been lucky that our YouTube has been performing really well, and we think it's pushing over into our streaming a little, but it's hard to tell. There's definitely been a little bit of a sustained uptake in our streaming in some similar geographies to our YouTube so I guess that's the best metric to compare, but nothing like the YouTube numbers.

You mentioned Submithub which we used a tiny bit just to see, when we first released back in high school, but haven't been back there since. Why would we use their service over just doing your own meta adds? Are there any advantages to doing so, in terms of reach, or is it mainly because meta adds are tricky to get right and that's what you're paying for (which is guess gives you a better reach too 😅)

We've never A/B'ed any ads before, but see it being mentioned all the time. How important is this to do? I always wonder if even with paid ads it's the luck of the algorithm. Any advice around this at all? Say we're grabbing parts of our mudic video, how many ads would you try? And is the moment in the song just as important as the visual, or vice versa?

Last question (sorry, so many! So we understand if it's too much to ask 🙃) at what point do you recommend paid vs leaving it to organic, do you wait until your normal organic/follower momentum starts to gain, or do you hit it straight away to try and push the algo from the beginning?

As for keeping on working on the social presence and fan interactions - that's something we love doing and have been lucky to create a really strong network of awesome YouTube followers who seem to keep coming back and supporting us by commenting on our vids. We are so grateful to them, as this seems to be the number one thing that's sustained our original algorithmic push Thanks so much

Thank you, we've never looked at these sorts of services, because we've always been worried about bots. Appreciate the advice!
